Commission Details

Voicent is a fast growing business and we want our affiliates to grow with us. Our commission is simple: Our affiliates earn a 10% referral fee on qualified sales. The qualified sales include:

For example, commissions for one copy of AutoReminder Professional version  is $89.90 ($899 x 10%).

Handle Returns

Voicent software product is not returnable once program license is applied. However, it is still possible to return a product before license is applied. In that case, a refund is issued to customer and the corresponding referral fee is deducted from affiliate member's account.

How does Voicent track referral and sales?

Technically, when a customer visits Voicent website by clicking one of the Voicent referral links on your website, a 90 day cookie is set on his or her computer with your account information. This click through is also recorded in our database and can be viewed from your affiliate account.

For all purchased product, a product license key must be obtained from Voicent website. When a license request is submitted to our website, the cookie is checked for affiliate referral. If your affiliate account information is found, the sales is recorded and commission is credited to your account.

A great benefit for you is that all your referrals are credited to your account regardless of whether an order is made from our online store, by telephone, or by a check sent by postal service.

Please note that we cannot credit sales to your account if your customer disables the cookie in his browser, or if he cleans up all his cookies before applying license. Without the cookie, we (actually almost all web based affiliate programs) have no way to track the referral.

How do I get paid and how often?

You get paid once every quarter if your accumulated referral fee is greater than $50. We will send you a check through US postal service.
