Voicent's approach is different. Our technical breakthroughs enable Voicent telephony software to run on a voice modem that can be installed or connected easily to a desktop computer. In fact, many new PCs have voice modem pre-installed. By using off-the-shelf hardware that is  widely used and normally cost below fifty dollars, Voicent is able to offer powerful communication solutions to our customers at unbelievable prices.

Voicent software implements many features usually offered by hardware -- the traditional voice board, such as Dialogic card. That's why Voicent can offer many of the same functionalities with a relative simple voice modem. The software implementation is inherit more flexible and easy to upgrade than hardware implementations. For auto dialer system, Voicent products offer more features than traditional auto dialer systems.

No need for internet connection

Your PC does not need to be connected to the internet for Voicent system to work. All you need to do is plug the phone line into the modem port. You can also share the same phone line with your regular telephone.

No Monthly fee. No per call charge

Unlike hosted telephony solutions that charge monthly fees, Voicent software runs on your PC.  Once the software license is purchased, it is yours to use forever. You'll never have to pay any monthly fees.

Since the calls are made by your PC using your regular phone line, there is no per call charge. (You might need to pay long distance charges to your phone company).

Key Features

Automatic outbound calls

With a built-in call scheduler, Voicent AutoReminder and BroadcastByPhone make all the outbound calls automatically. You can specify calls for recurring events.

Semi Automatic outbound calls

Voicent AgentDialer can dial the phone number by the press of one key. Once connected, you can directly talk on the phone, play a pre-recorded audio message, and record the conversation by the click of a button.

Predictive Dialing

Voicent Agent Dialer can operate in predictive dialing mode. In this mode, if the call is answered by an answering machine, the system automatically leaves a message or hangs up; if it is answered by a live human, the system immediately connects the call for a live operator. Voicent predictive dialer supports multiple phone lines and unlimited agents.

Interval Dialing

You can limit the number of calls on a particular telephone line. For example, you can let the system to make one call every 15 minutes per line. This is useful if you do not want to overload your phone line and upset your phone company.

Call Transfer

Your customer can simply press a key to have the call transferred to a live operator. It can also be transferred to the telephone that is connected to the same phone line as your modem.

Multiple phone lines

Voicent software supports multiple phone lines through installing multiple modems in a single computer.

Personalized message

Individual message can be tailored for each phone call, for example, appointment reminder call automatically contains appointment date, time, and customized fields. With an intuitive Message Designer, you can customize your telephone message any way you wanted.

Touch tone response

Touch tone response is ideal for appointment confirmation, customer telephone survey, and many other applications.

Speech recognition

Speech command simplifies interaction and is more user friendly. Instead of press a key, user can say the command for appropriate response.

Voice Message

Another form of response is to let user leave a voice message after hearing your message. These voice messages can be easily accessed from AutoReminder or BroadcastByPhone.

Speech synthesis

Speech synthesis, or text-to-speech, enables your text message spoken over the phone by your computer. This feature is useful for including flexible text fields, such as appointment date and time,  that vary from message to message.

Remote access

Voicent products all support remote access. So you can set up one computer for telephone dialing, and access it from anywhere in the world through the Internet. Security and ease of use are built in.

Networked Computing

You can connect multiple computers together for large scale auto phone dialing. All these computers are easily controlled by the same call list in the same or different location.

A call scheduler allows calls, including recurring calls, to be started at a later time.
