What problem are you having?

	I cannot find the Voicent Gateway Icon
	Voicent Gateway cannot detect a voice capable modem
	The modem does not dial at all
	The modem dials, but my phone does not ring
	The modem dials, but there is no audio when I answer the phone
	The call is made but there is a long delay before the message starts to play
	The system does not leave a message on my answering machine or voice mail
	When I call in to record my message, Voicent Gateway does not answer the call
	I got error 404
	My problem is not listed here
