You might have some corrupted files in the system. To clean up, select Operations > Scheduled Calls from the gateway main menu. Click on Delete All button if there is any old record. |
| Do you use Windows Remote Desktop (RDP) to access your computer? | |

You have to make sure the audio setting for your connection is set correctly. From the Remote Desktop Connection dialog, click the 'Options >>' button, then select the Local Resource tab. Set the Remote computer sound to "Leave at remote computer".
