You can create your call list by copying phone numbers from other software programs and then pasting them to the BroadcastByPhone program.
Use your mouse to select the following call list:
Customer One, 123-4567
Customer Two, 234-3456
Customer Three, 123-1234
After the list is highlighted, press Ctrl-C. (Press the letter C key while pressing down the Ctrl key).
Now from the BroadcastByPhone window, select an empty cell under the Name column, press Ctrl-V. The call list should be pasted.
