With Voicent BroadcastByPhone Professional Edition, you can customize your message for each call.
In this example, we'll customize the following message:
"Hi, your account is overdue and your current balance is [balance]. Please submit your payment by end of this week. Thank you."
The [balance] is specific to each call, and the text before and after [balance] are fixed and can be pre-recorded to audio files. Please record the messages now and name them, for example, balance_message.wav and please_pay.wav respectively.
