Call Transfer Element

A call transfer element is used to transfer the current call to another phone line.

Properties

General Properties: Element Name, Transition from Parent Element

In addition to the general name and transition information, a call transfer element has a property for a phone number to transfer to. This field can be empty if the call transfer mode defined on Voicent Gateway is same-line call transfer.

Execution

1. Execute all actions of the element
2. Play all prompt items of the element
3. Transfer the current call
4. Normally exits the IVR application

Example

The Sales, Service, and Operator elements are all call transfer elements.
