Audio Prompt Item

Audio prompt items are audio files that are ready to be played over the phone. For fixed information, such as the location of your business address, it is preferred to use audio files. Compared with Text-to-Speech prompt items, audio items require less computing power. This is even more so for multi-line systems.

Audio File Format

The standard audio format for global telephone network is PCM 8KHz, 16 bit, mono. You must use this format.
