 1. What is the difference
between the free and full version? With
full version, the software can automatically handle
bounced and unsubscribe emails. With full version, the software can
                        track email open.
Also in the shareware version, each email contains the
                        following lines:

can turn off the Voicent email signature in the full
                        product version. 2. Can I import a
mailing list? Yes. 3. Is it OK if my
mailing list is missing some value? Yes. You can set a default value for the variable
${variable} for the missing value. In the Email Template dialog,
click the Variable button to edit the default values. 4. How can I change
the mailing list size? Select Edit --> Options to set the list size. 5. How can I set up
the SMTP account? A SMTP server is a server program for sending out
emails. You company or ISP should have SMTP server set up already.
If you have Microsoft Outlook or Outlook Express working, you can
check the setting from these programs to determine you SMTP server
            settings.
To use a SMTP server other than the built-in server, select
Broadcast Configuration from the program main menu.

Please note that it is recommended to use your companys SMTP server
if your computer is not inside the company network. Many email
servers are likely to consider your email to be spam if the sender
machines IP address is not from the company domain.
