30-Day Money-Back Guarantee: On-premise software licenses can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of the purchase date. To get a refund, the client must contact Voicent Communications, Inc. within those 30 days and destroy all digital copies of the licensed software.
After 30 days, all sales of software licenses are final and cannot be returned or refunded, regardless of the reason.
Support
All support services ordered are fully refundable up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled time for the support service to be provided. If no time had yet been scheduled, the support services are only refundable within 24 hours of purchase and provided that no support services had yet been delivered as part of the order.
