What is a Power Dialer

A power dialer automatically dials numbers from a list on a single telephone line/channel. It could be also be operated a preview dialer. In preview dialing mode, the dialer displays the next customer record to an agent before dialing, if the agent presses a key within a set time, the dialer will skip the record and continue with the next.
