Overview
Voicent is the market-leader in cloud based contact center solutions for contact centers globally. With the cloud contact center industry in a high growth mode, Voicent is adding to its expanding SMB Sales Team. We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Executives to generate and close new sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Immediate follow-up on assigned lead flow
  • Generate new business opportunities
  • Build and manage a sales pipeline
  • Accurately forecast sales opportunities
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales KPI’s and monthly quota
  • Articulate company value proposition
  • Manage sales opportunities through all stages of the sales cycle
  • Track and manage opportunities in a CRM system (Salesforce.com) following standard Voicent internal sales process
  • Develop proficiency on all assigned Voicent service offerings and systems
  • Represent a professional image in all communications

Key Requirements

  • A minimum of 5 years of sales/sales development experience in a high-tech environment
  • Excellent sales and presentation skills via the phone, email and web-conference
  • Demonstrated success in closing business over the phone
  • Ability to articulate complex technology concepts to a technical and non-technical audience
  • Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.com
  • Energetic, upbeat, tenacious, team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Previous experience making a minimum of 50 outbound calls per day
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent required

  • Cloud based offerings and VoIP
  • Previous experience with Salesforce.com CRM
  • Software-as-a-Service Applications experience and understanding
