Return Policy


All sales of software licenses are final, except in the case that the client who purchased the licenses can establish within 30 days of the purchase that:

  • The software licensed from Voicent Communications, Inc. is faulty and does not work as advertised.
  • The client has taken every reasonable measure to get the software to work, including the purchase of new hardware that meets the hardware standards for the software licensed from Voicent Communications, Inc.
  • The client has paid for installation support from Voicent Communications, Inc and we were unable to get Voicent software operational.
  • After contacting Voicent Communications, Inc. about a refund, the client has destroyed all digital copies of the licensed software.

If all of the above conditions are met, a full refund will be provided for the license costs.


All support services ordered are fully refundable up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled time for the support service to be provided. If no time had yet been scheduled, the support services are only refundable within 24 hours of purchase and provided that no support services had yet been delivered as part of the order.

Other Products, Services, and Fees Any other purchase, charge, or fee not mentioned above is a final sale and will not be refunded.
