Bulk text messages can be personalized based on customer record. It can also collect responses.

Click-to-Send and Message Template

To send a message manually, simply click the text message icon on the right of a cell phone number. You can then choose a message template from button, the actual text message will automatically replace template values like ${First Name} to actual value John. You can design a message template under the setup menu.
