Voicent software products are installed on your computer and work through your phone and/or internet connection.

What is required to run Voicent software?

You need a computer that runs a Windows operating system such as 2000, 2003, XP, 2008, Vista, Windows 7 and 8

For phone-related products, you will need a phone service. You can use a VOIP service (such as Skype), a PBX system, or an analog phone service

For our SMS (text messaging) product, you will need a GSM modem and a text messaging plan from a cell phone company.

How much does it cost?

Voicent's on-premise software licensing is simple: you pay once and can then use it for life. There is no setup fee, monthly fee, or per call charges.

Depending on the product and features. our software starts as low as $199. Even enterprise and call center products are priced affordably.

For our hosted solution, you can view the pricing plans from the Cloud page. There is no difference between the cloud and on-premise software, except where you choose to run Voicent software. In the hosted solution, you can use the autodialer, predictive dialer, IVR, CRM, and more for as low as $19 a month.

Which Product Should I Use?

For automated outbound calls, choose BroadcastByPhone Auto Dialer and/or AgentDialer Predictive Dialer. If you manage a call center, also choose Call Center Manager.

For managing incoming calls, choose IVR Studio and/or Flex PBX.
