Voicent is a leading telephony and email
communication solutions provider for businesses, organizations and
private practices. Our easy-to-use and feature-rich systems are
widely used for phone and email notifications, appointment
reminders, political campaign, customer communications, telephone
surveys, interactive voice response (IVR) and customer relation
management(CRM).
A brief history
Voicent Communications Inc was founded by a group of technology
experts in Silicon Valley (San Jose, California) since 2001. Our goal was to provide
innovative technologies for computer telephony and communications
and at the mean time, to make telecommunication solutions economically feasible
to anyone, from individuals to businesses. The company also
provides a scalable
development platform that is capable of handling from a single user to large
group of users.
In October 2003, we reached our first major milestone,
the releasing of our flagship product, Voicent
Gateway 1.0. The success of this product gave us almost
unlimited
possibilities in providing innovative telephony solutions to the
market place.
Our first Voicent Gateway based product, Voicent
AutoReminder was released in February 2004. And consequently,
we developed more and more applications products including
BroadcastByPhone, Agent Dialer, Voicent IVR Studio, Voicent CRM,
BroadcastByEmail, etc. We also integrated Natrual Text-To-Speech
Paul and Kate based on Microsoft Text-To-Speech engine.
We are an innovation company. Our active software R&D team love
to stay on top of computer technology. We release new product
every 3-6 months to incorporate the newest technology available. We are actively working with our partners to bring
more innovations that will forever change the way we interact with
our computer, our Internet, and our telephone. More good stuff are
