Voicent offers a set of *software package* that can be installed on any computers running Windows Vista, XP or 2000. There is no special equipment needed to use Voicent software. All you need is a computer that can connect to a phone line using a voice modem or VoIP line. Voicent offers voice modems for desktop at its online store. If you do not wish to use voice modem and prefer dialing directly through Internet, you can use SKYPE.
