Caller ID Recognition

Set up and manage answering rules for your business PBX phone system from anywhere to allow certain callers to reach you even when on vacation. Voicent PBX software can recognize caller IDs and play different auto attendants for specified phone numbers. For more general purposes, you can even setup different auto attendants to play based on area codes of phone numbers.

Direct Connection

Sometimes, certain callers need to be connected to a specific agent right away. With these numbers, you can have their calls be sent straight to the agent's extension, skipping the main Auto Attendant altogether.

Alternate Virtual Receptionists

Use alternate virtual receptionists to handle recognized phone numbers and caller IDs easily and automatically.

Screen Phone Numbers

With Voicent's Flex PBX can filter out recognized phone numbers easily because of the built-in CRM that comes with all Voicent software.

Location-based

Instead of using Voicent's Flex PBX to recognize a handful of phone numbers, you can also setup different Auto Attendants to play for different area or country codes.
