AgentDialer is reliable and
easy-to-use. The instructions on this page is all you need to
know to get started.
Follow the onscreen instructions of the installation package.
To get started with modem and Voicent Gateway installation, please read Voice
Modem FAQ and
Quick Start Guide.
Once the voice modem and Voicent Gateway is running,
simply connect your regular telephone with the modem PHONE jack.

You can also use a phone splitter for the connection
as follows:

You can also connect to different wall jacks that are using the same
phone line:

For multiple phone line system, just connect each phone line
separately to its corresponding wall jack.
To create a call list, click on AgentDialer icon, simply
type in names and phone numbers in the spreadsheet-link
window. You can also copy-paste your call list from other programs, such as
Microsoft Excel, or use File -> Import option to import an
existing call list file.
Select Predictive > Start... from the program main
menu. The system will start making calls on the list. If you
have a multiple line system, all lines will be dialed out at
the same time. Once any line reaches a live answer, an alert
window will pop up on your computer. Pickup the phone and
start talking.
If you have Enterprise edition, the alert window can be
popup from a remote computer.
Click the Dial button
or press the F5 key on the keyboard, AgentDialer will start
dialing. Once you hear the modem dialing, pickup the phone
that is connected to the modem PHONE jack and start talking.
AgentDialer will dial from the beginning of the call list
if there is no selected rows. If a row is selected, it will
start from there.
Since the modem and the phone are connected to the same
phone line, you will have to hang up the telephone and the
modem in order to free the phone line for the next call.
After you hang up your regular telephone, you can either:
- click the Hang up
button
or press the
F9 Key to release the call, or
- click the Dial button
or the F5 key to release the current call and automatically
starts the next call.
We offer three edition: shareware, professional, and
Enterprise.
You can have AgentDialer to play pre-recorded audio
messages by clicking on the play audio button
.
A menu containing all installed audio files will be displayed.
Select the audio file you want to play.
You can stop the audio playing but clicking on the stop
button
.

After you have your audio file ready, select Dialer >
Manage Audio Files... from the program main menu. From the
dialog window, select your audio file by clicking on the
Browse button. Give it a name. This name is going to be
displayed on the play audio pop up menu.
You can click on the record button
any time during the phone conversation. To stop recording,
click the stop recording button
.
Please Note: The modem can not record the conversation
while an audio file is playing. It can only record the audio
file at that time.
You can transfer the current call to another phone number.
To transfer, simply click on the transfer button
.
You need to set up the Voicent Gateway call transfer
feature first.
