Scheduled Calls
 

All calls are made through Voicent Gateway. Applications like BroadcastByPhone and AutoReminder simply send call requests to the gateway for making phone calls. To see what are the scheduled calls in the queue, select Operation > Scheduled Calls... from the program main menu.

To clean up the queue, simply click on the Delete All button. Normally you would not need to do clean up, the gateway and applications do it automatically. But sometimes it might be necessary, computer crash and some unexpected events can corrupt the queue.
