Setup License
If you have purchased the product, you should go to your main application (BroadcastByPhone, etc) to request your product license. You can do so by selecting Help > Request Product License... from the program main menu.
After you get the license key file through email, click Setup > Setup License... to install the license file. The installation instruction should come with the email.
