Categories and Rooms

Categories

You can create categories to easily group your customers together. To create a category, go to "Appointment" -> "Categories..." to open up a new window.

In this window you can view the categories you may have already created. To create a new category, click "Add..." or click "Remove" if you would like to delete a category. Click "OK" when you are finished.

Making Use of a Category

You can make use of the categories you create when you make a new appointment. Double click on the calendar the time and date you wish to create a new appointment to bring up the following window:

Click on "Category" to open a drop down menu. In this menu you will find the categories you have previous created. Select one to put this appointment into that category.

Rooms

Rooms are created in a very similar way to Categories. From the main menu click on "User/Room" -> "Rooms..." to open

Click "Add..." and fill in a name in the resulting window. Click "Remove" to delete an existing room. Press "OK" when finished.

Making Use of a Room

Rooms are also used when creating a new appointment. Double click on the calendar the time and date you wish to create a new appointment to bring up the following window:

Click on "Room" to open a drop down menu with previously created rooms. Select one to schedule this appointment in your chosen room.
