Wait For Event Action: Customer Added

The first action of the top element must be a wait action. Create an Activity element as the child of the Root Element and create a wait action. We named the new element "New Lead" with the wait for event action below:

Here, we created a wait for event action where it waits for the event "Customer Added". This event is triggered when a customer is added to the CRM database, which can occur from actions like loading a list onto the database or entering a single customer into the database.
