Importing from a CSV file

Before you import a call list, you will need a .csv file

Once you have a .csv file ready, then you will need to:

  1. Open Agent Dialer
  2. Open a call list or click on "File" -> "New"
  3. Click the "File" Tab
  4. Click "Import"
  5. Browse for the file and make sure the field separator is a comma (,)
  6. Press "OK"
  7. To set the first row of your call list to be the column title for Voicent software, Check the "Use first row as Column Header"
  8. You will need to specify which of your columns from your call list will be placed on Agent Dialer's "Name" and "Phone" columns. To do so, click on the column(s) you want to specify and click "Set as Name Column" along with "Set as Phone Column" appropriately
  9. To exclude a specific column, simply click the column you want to remove and click "Ignore Column"
  10. Once you are happy with your file, press "Import Now"
