Export a CRM List to a Broadcast Campaign

Click on "Campaign" -> "Export" -> choose the application that you will use to broadcast. In this case, we are going to use BroadcastByPhone. Save the BroadcastByPhone file:

Choose the phone type that you want the program to call:

BroadcastByPhone will be opened automatically:

Before broadcasting you will need to select which message you want to broadcast. Since we created a message through IVR studio we can click on "Broadcast" tab -> "Select Message" -> "IVR Studio" -> the name of the IVR application that you deployed to the Gateway.
