Licensing information

The Shareware Edition of Voicent software has its limitations. If you are ready to remove the trial message that you have for each call that you make, purchase the license from our sales team. Just contact or call us at 1-(800) 948-1198. Our business hours are 8:00am - 5pm Pacific Time, Monday through Friday except major US holidays.

Once you have successfully purchased our license, you will need to request a license through each program that you purchased. For example, if you purchased Agent Dialer + Call Center CRM + IVR Studio licenses, you would then need to request a license from all three programs. For each program, go to "Help" -> "Request Product License"

In this page, click "Continue" on the appropriate license that you purchased. If you purchased the full license, choose the "Purchase" section. If you opted to lease our software, choose the "Subscription" section

When you purchase a license, you will be sent an email along with an order ID (NOT customer ID). Please make sure you enter the correct order ID in the order number field

Fill out the appropriate information about the license that you purchased and check "I have read and agree to Voicent Return Policy"

and hit "Continue". You're done! Hang on tight, and we will issue you a license within 2-3 business hours.
